UPDATE: Rimes, has been arrested and is being held on a $15,000 bond.
A McAlester man has an arrest warrant out for the charge of stalking. Dakota Rimes recently had a permanent protective order taken out against him by the victim in this case, on Sept. 13th. Rimes was charged with a protective order violation three days later, on Sept. 16th.
Rimes would make his $1,500 bond on that charge. On Wednesday, Sept. 25th, Rimes is alleged for stalking the same victim. According to an affidavit, Rimes is accused of trying to break into the victim’s home. Rimes was caught at the house on Ring camera footage.
The victim alleges that Rimes was banging on her living room window before moving over to her kid’s window to do the same thing. Next, Rimes was banging on her bedroom window, leading to the police being called. Rimes has not been arrested but a warrant is currently out for his arrest.
