Choctaw Nation clinics moving to new system

Patients who use Choctaw Nation Health Services will soon have a new way to access their health records.

As part of a system upgrade, the Choctaw Nation Health Services Authority will switch from the myCNHSA patient portal to MyChart on April 5, 2025.

MyChart will be available online and through an app for iPhone and Android.

The tribe announced as of today, March 20, myCNHSA app users will no longer be able to request appointments or update benefits and demographic information using the app.

CNHSA asked patients to call their clinic if they need to do this until they are able to access the MyChart app after enrollment in the app opens on April 5.

Starting April 3, myCNHSA app users will no longer be able to request prescription refills. Please refill before that date if you are able to.

If you need a prescription filled between April 3 and when you can access your MyChart app after April 5, please call your clinic’s pharmacy.
