Swim lessons will return to McAlester this summer through a partnership between the city and the American Red Cross.
City officials say Learn-to-Swim classes will be offered at Jeff Lee Pool, with a focus on helping children build confidence in the water while learning basic safety skills.
The program includes six structured levels, ranging from introductory water exploration to more advanced stroke development.
Officials say sessions are scheduled to begin June 8.
