A McAlester man was arrested over the weekend after authorities say he threatened a delivery driver with a knife at a local fast food restaurant.
Todd Charles Walker, 45, was taken into custody Saturday, April 25, following an incident at Taco Bell on South George Nigh Expressway.
According to an affidavit, officers were dispatched to the restaurant after receiving a report of a man threatening a DoorDash driver with a knife at the drive-thru window.
When officers arrived, they located Walker along with two other individuals in a vehicle parked near the business. Witnesses told police that Walker had made threats while armed with a knife.
Walker would admit that he had a knife, which was found in his left front pocket.
Authorities say the restaurant manager told officers Walker had previously been trespassed from the property earlier in the week due to similar behavior involving threats toward customers and delivery drivers.
Walker was taken into custody and transported to the Pittsburg County Jail.
He is charged with felony trespassing, assault with a dangerous weapon and planning or threatening a violent act, and is being held on a $10,000 bond.
