Shared Blessings will host its annual “Back to School Bash” on Thursday, Aug. 7, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Church of Christ located at Main Street and Oklahoma Avenue.
The event will feature shoe gift cards, a bounce house, snow cones, hot dogs, popcorn, the Southeast Oklahoma Library System bookmobile and a firetruck. Children must be present to receive the shoe gift cards.
In addition to the event, Shared Blessings is offering free shopping for children throughout the month of August in its clothing room, open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to noon. Children do not need to be present to receive clothing from the store.
