Felony resolutions filed the weeks of July 14-25, 2025

A felony charge of rape was dismissed and refiled as assault with intent to commit against Kelly Herrera, 48, of McAlester, as part of a plea agreement. Herrera received a five-year deferred sentence along with one year of supervision from the District 18 District Attorney’s Office.
