The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said a Crowder man drowned Tuesday morning in Lake Eufaula.
Troopers said in the report 58-year-old Leeroy Dailey was swimming across Rock Creek near Crowder Point at approximately 9:30 a.m. Tuesday when he “went under, and never resurfaced.”
The incident was investigated by OHP with assistance from the Pittsburg County Sheriff’s Office and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
