A McAlester man who pleaded guilty in multiple felony cases is now facing possible prison time after prosecutors moved to remove him from a drug court program, according to Pittsburg County court records.
Demarion Bickham entered guilty pleas in January 2025 to multiple charges, including kidnapping, domestic assault and battery against a pregnant woman, possession of a firearm after delinquent adjudication and stalking in violation of a court order, records show.
As part of a plea agreement, Bickham was placed in a drug court program with deferred sentences in both cases. If successfully completed, the agreement called for deferred sentences of seven years.
Court records show Bickham was later cited for multiple violations of the drug court program, including reports filed in July 2025 and again most recently in March 2026. On March 13, prosecutors filed notices of intent to terminate Bickham from drug court in both cases and requested execution of the original sentences.
Warrants were issued with a cumulative $150,000 bond, and records indicate they were served and executed on Tuesday, March 17th.
