Partners for Animal Welfare (PAWS) and the City of McAlester are hosting an event for your fur babies next weekend. The goal of this event is for everyone to have fun with their animals, but more importantly, to raise awareness and donations for PAWS in their mission to protect the welfare of dogs and other pets in the community.
A board member with PAWS describes below when and where you need to be to partake in the event.
All animals attending must have a rabies vaccination. As mentioned, this event will be at the Chadick Park wading pool from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 17th.
