A lane of traffic will be closed for Thursday morning due to a continuing waterline project. This originally was supposed to happen Wednesday afternoon, but the project experienced some delays and was moved to the next day.
The southbound lane of Fourteenth Street will be closed at the intersection with Carl Albert Parkway for the afternoon as contractors install a waterline.
