A Krebs man was arrested on Sunday this week on the charges of burglary in the first degree and obstructing an officer. Bobby Justice Jr. was seen on these charges on Monday and pleaded not guilty.
According to an affidavit, the victim had called for the police after Justice had broken into the house on the 100 block of SW 1st St. in Krebs. When police arrived, they found the victim and Justice arguing in the home. The officer allegedly noticed that Justice had a knife in his back right pocket.
Justice was ordered many times to get on the ground but refused to comply and was finally taken to the ground, albeit with resistance. Justice is currently being held on a $75,000 bond and his next court date is set for Sep. 26th.
