Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Talk to customers in a professional manner.

• Provide customers clear and detailed sales contracts.

• Maintain a professional office environment and promote a positive image for the company.

• Perform other related duties as needed to maintain sales files.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Graduate.

• One to two years sales experience.

• Computer Literacy – must be proficient with Microsoft Word.

• Proficient in basic mathematics.

• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.

• Must be flexible, organized, and self-motivated.

• Must maintain the integrity of confidential information.

• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively recognize and resolve conflict.

• Excellent oral, written communication and listening skills are essential.
