The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said a 23-year-old McAlester man drowned Thursday evening in Lake Eufaula.
The incident report, issued Friday evening, states the drowning happened around 8:53 p.m. Thursday near Bugtussle. Troopers identified the victim as Arturo Villegas–Rodriguez.
According to the report, the circumstances of the drowning remain under investigation.
